She began her career with a local claims management company before joining us in early 2020 after identifying that her professional interest lay in the insurance element of her previous claims work.

Miri holds the CII Certificate in Insurance qualification and the British Damage Management Insurance Technician accreditation and works with Richard and Sue advising clients on their insurance products and services, as well as managing our clients’ claims.

Outside of work she is a gifted pianist and vocalist and an active member of her local church. She is accompanied at work by her faithful and adorable black lab, Daisy.
