In February we signed the Armed Forces Covenant, committing to support the Armed Forces Community and recognising the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country.

Our MD, Richard Talbot-Jones, explains:

As an army veteran, who grew up in a Forces family with a long tradition of service, this is very important to me. I am keen to support others making the difficult transition into civilian life as well as those who are still in service. I am very grateful to the Army for the incredible opportunities it gave me to develop really important skills, ranging from management experience, a commitment to core values…and even the value of making the bed in the morning!

We are open to hearing different ways we can honour our commitment to this pledge, for example supporting Forces charities with insurance and risk management advice from an informed perspective, supporting transition charities with mock interviews or offering potential employment opportunities to ex forces personnel.
